Job Description:
1. Responsible for annual headcount budgeting and recruitment plan
2. Collect recruitment needs and submit quarterly hiring plan
3. In charge of the recruiting activities of all positions below manager level, including posting advertisement, screens application, phone interview, organize interview, reference check, etc. in accordance with relevant SOP;
4. Review and update Job Description with each department regularly;
5. Participate in Strategic Workforce Planning process
6. Assist in maintaining and developing recruitment channels, recruitment website, head-hunters and labor agencies;
7. Other projects or tasks assigned
Requirment:
1. University Degree with major in Human Resources, organization development, business management or other related fields.
2. 3 -5 years working experience in recruitment function in multinational companies.
3. Experienced in talent selection, high sensitivity, good judgment
4. Trained at Target Selection is a plus
5. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
6. Balanced and can work under high pressure
7. Good interpersonal skills, disciplined, attention to details, well organized
8. Team spirit
