?Deliver high-quality technical and project services to our pharma research customers.
?Plan and administer collaboration sites using Microsoft SharePoint.
?Advise customers on the best practices for configuring and administering collaboration sites.
?Design portal interface and write training to ensure adoption and effective use of sites.
?Research and document scientists’ requirements for sites under development.
?Productively and independently plan and deliver projects to meet customer requirements.
?Collaborate smoothly with members of the customer’s local informatics team and contractors.
?Work under the direction of our management to satisfy the needs of customers’ senior informatics staff, who will review project goals and implementations.
Qualifications
?Strong experience and skill with enterprise computer systems including Microsoft SharePoint and other web portals.
?Possess good understanding of the pharma R&D and software development process and be able to provide advice to customers and other team members.
?Experience with bioinformatics and/or cheminformatics technologies, such as sequence analysis, chemistry databases, electronic lab notebooks, Pipeline Pilot or Spotfire.
?Technical skills including light scripting and Oracle database queries.
?Possess broad basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software layers.
Qualification
?Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent experience in life science, such as chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or computational chemistry with 2+ years of relevant experience.
?Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
?Able to work independently to analyze customer requirements and design solutions.
?Team player who can gain the cooperation of customers and end users.
