Primary Responsibilities:
·Manage Manufacturing team and Coordinate cross-functional teams to make the production process smoothly;
·Lead the overall Manufacturing Engineering for our plant;
·Manage the manufacturing processes implementation for new products introduction;
·Take technically responsible to continue growing our adjacencies activities;
·Responsible on continuous productivity improvement;
·Provide technical support to business growth.
Qualifications Required:
·B.S. in Electronic / Engineering or equivalent degree required;
·5+years working experience in a technical/mechanical environment;
·Expertise in Manufacturing process;
·Effective interpersonal and communication skills ;
·Proficient personal computer skills;
·Ability to create real and positive change in a team environment;
·Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Desired:
·Working experience in LV device manufacturing plant;
·Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement tools experience.
