We are looking for a senior accounting professional to fill the position of
Assistant Controller. This is a senior position based in the corporate office in
Xiamen reporting to the Controller, overseeing the Plastic business unit's financial/operation management control and reporting system.
The incumbent is required to work closely with the management team in setting and achieving business plans, and to plan, organize, execute and monitor financial disciplines to safeguard the financial well-being of the business unit.
Requirements:

- sensitive to dynamic of people and business,
- qualified accountant with bachelor degree, preferably in science/engineering discipline;
- minimum 10 years' post qualification experience;
- solid working experience in large manufacturing/trading organizations;
- strong leadership, sharp business acumen, and good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- solid China operation experience covering accounting, taxation, system and control, budgeting, compliance, management reporting, etc. MIS experience is a plus;
- ability to communicate effectively in English and Putonghua (spoken and written)
