Financial Accountant - Jiading
Subsidiary of European leading HVAC manufacturer specialized in water pumps now hiring a Financial Accountant.
World Wide presence with 150 staff in over 6 countries (USA, Europe, China)
Along with a new ERP implementation throughout the Group, a finance reorganization is under way in which the China entity will manage the basic accounting and financial analysis of 3 Group subsidiairies. This is a new position creation.
Main tasks :
1. Supplier Invoice input, control with PO/Reception

2. All accounting posting, write-offs
|
3. Review accounts and make accruals when there are missing invoices
|
4. Assets and depreciation follow-up
|
5. Salaries & Social Security follow-up, input in system
|
6. Maintain subsidiaries’ ERP environment up to date (creation of new items costs, A/P A/R)
|
7.Perform subsidiaries’ Monthly statements : Trial Balance, Profit&Loss, Balance Sheet
|
8. Deliver on-time monthly reporting
|
9. Contact with each subsidiary to understand and comment on the activity
|
Skills required :
？ Excellent English – daily contact both written and oral with USA company
？ Minimum 5 years Accounting experience in international environment (ideally industrial field)
？ Good working knowledge of GAAP
？ Proficient with use of ERP and very good use of Microsoft Excel
？ Strong rigor (认真)
？ Cost Control oriented
