Job Specification:
1.Handle daily correspondence and telephone call;
2.Organize and arrange meeting schedule with internal and external parties, prepare meeting materials and minutes3.Plan and make travel, transportation and accommodation arrangements;
4.Prepare and translate Chinese/English business correspondences and documents;
5.Set up and maintain departmental filing system;
6.Assist in preparation of business plan and monitoring of expenditure control for the department;
7.Assist in drafting memo and policies
8.Assist the Project Director in handling daily business.
Requirement:
1.University graduate or above;
2.Excellent commend of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
3.At least 3-5 years working experience, preference gives to candidate has working experience in foreign company;
4.Conversant in MS office such as Words, Excel and PPT;
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly organized and efficient with ability to multitask and prioritize works;
6.Initiative, independent, flexible and attentive to details
7.Mature, willing to work overtime and deal with customers/business partners.
