Responsibilities:

1.      Review and analyze business requirement with business user. Documents finding and builds USE case for developer

2.      Review/Define system design solution with developer based on USE Case.

3.      Perform gap analysis between completed function with original requirement.

4.    Organize Iteration review with business User. Demo completed function, document user feedback.

5.      Participate integration testing with QA team and guild business user for pilot test and UAT.

6.      Perform end user training including writing training material and acting as trainer

7.      Perform system go-life preparation include writing user manual, provide go-life onsite support, assist in writing communication material.

8.      Participate trouble shooting after system go life.

Requirements:

1.    Job requires a college degree or equivalent in a technical area plus 3+ years of system analysis and development experience maintaining and supporting enterprise level applications.

2.    Must have strong oral communication skills necessary to perform training, assist user defining requirement, and work effectively with technical team including regional/Global/China Project Managers, Business Analyst, Developer and QA tester.

3.    Good written communication skills are also required to provide detailed written documentation in English, which including design specifications, test plans, training material and user manual.

4.    Be customer focused, must be enthusiastic in improving overall efficiency through technology and tools. 

5.    Has sense of urgency, capable of completing assigned task and following project plan, also finding and escalating difficulty/problem to team leader proactively.

6.    Team player with good people skills.

7.    Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks.

8.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Relevant experience demand:

1.    Experience/Knowledge in Business model and S/F career path. 

2.    Good grasp of project management using MS Project.

3.    Good grasp of SQL skills using SQL Server tracking, locating system issues.

4.    Good grasp of Object Oriented concepts, techniques and patterns.

5.    Participation in full development life cycle of product/application development.
