Job title: Accounting manager
Location: 成都蒲江县合联公司A23栋厂房
Process roles and responsibilities
1. Check all the accounting entries and confirm it is agreed with Sealy and local regulations
2. Closing the books. Monthly and Annual close
3. Make all the financial statements and reports assigned on time and in a good quality according to Sealy China and local regulations. Finish the report in advance
4. Control and supervise accountants'work, keep the accounting books'quality
5. Dig into detail and Improve internal working procedure, improve accountants'performance.
6. GROUP IFRS, LOCAL PRC GAP
7. Balance review together with manager of Sealy China before monthly account closing
8. Assist in preparing annual budget and control
9. Fulfill the task assigned by finance manager/finance controller if any.
10. Assist FM to implement supplier chain management and internal control system, and other task assigned by FM/FC.
11. Training subordinate
12. Work with Chengdu regional manager and factory manager together to manage Chengdu entity.
