MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Closely worked with Operation & Sales Team to develop the Inventory plan
?Developed standard S&OP operation framework and process in Great China
?Responsible for Planning, distribution & imports/exports operation
?Supervising and improving the service quality from outsourcing warehouse and transportation supplier with KPI performance;
?Coordinating outsourcing warehouse and transportation supplier for on time and accurate pick up, loading, outgoing and arriving according to the delivery instruction;
?Other daily operation work assigned by line manager.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
?Bachelor degree
?Minimum 5 years working experiences in SCM-related senior management,
?Recent electronic industry experience preferred and prior experience in multinational management environment is required.
?Strategic thinker, problem solver and process oriented
?A good team player who respects the advice and comments of his/her subordinates
?Experience with SAP is preferred;
?Good English in written, spoken and listening;
?Advanced PC skills, familiar with Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
?Detail-oriental and be flexible.
