JOB PURPOSE:
To provide sound reports or analysis of company financial performance to support economic decision makings and external or internal audit within China, including both TTC trading company and EPC company.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Monthly tax filing for TTC China and TTC SECL, annual Income tax return filing for TTC China and TTC SECL
? Budget preparation and rolling forecast preparation
? Standard cost maintenance
? Non-US income tax reporting.
? Monthly cost centre report for cost centre owners to understand department expense details, periodically communicate with cost centre owners for proper expense accrual
? Month RA report review to ensure sales cut-off and revenue recognition
? Hourly rate set up/maintain for TTC SECL
? Annual statutory audit preparation and PRC legal report for TTC China and TTC SECL
? GL entry for month end closing for TTC China & TTC SECL.
? Hyperion reporting and other required reporting for TTC China and TTC SECL
? Working capital control and analysis
? Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties and instruct the post holder to carry out any other duty commensurate with this post.

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Required:
? Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting or Finance related field;
? 5 or 6 years working experience in Finance function in MNC company with 1 years solid experience in financial GL / Tax function;
? Has project accounting experience in engineering company is a plus;
? Hold SAP operation experience;
? Good communication skill both in mandarin and English;
? Be skilful with office software, especially for Excel


Preferred:
? Medi-Accounting Certificate or CPA is preferred
