5. Quality, schedule and cost control

6. On site modification evaluation and decision 
评估及决定现场整改 
7. System test and commissioning 
系统测试与调试 
8. Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, internal department and customers 
与分包商、供应商、内部部门及客户进行协调 

Requirements: 
职位要求 
1.Bachelor degree with relevant major, HVAC, Utility, fire protection preferred 
本科相关专业，暖通、公用设施及消防优先 
2.Familiar with related codes, regulations and international project operation 
熟悉相关规范条例及国际项目运作 
3.Able to communicate in English or Germany language (spoken and written) 
英语或德语流利（书面及口头） 
4.Good interpersonal and communication skills 
交流、沟通能力较好 
5.Work experience at international industrial construction site preferred 
有国际工业现场经验者优先 
6.Willing go out for business trip for long-term
